Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing YURINOX. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, rates, and delivery terms.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All retail orders are processed within 1 to 2 business daysย (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Order Cut-off Time:ย 
Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 AM Eastern Time (New York time).
* Orders placed before 11:00ย AM ET on a business day will begin processing the same day.
* Orders placed after 11:00ย AM ET will begin processing the next business day.
* Orders placed after 11:00ย AM ET on Friday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (or the next available business day).

Please note: If we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPSย to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated automatically at checkoutย based on the total weight of your order, delivery destination, and real-time carrier rates. We pass our corporate shipping discounts directly to you to provide the best possible price.

Promotional Shipping:
From time to time, YURINOX runs special promotions that may include discounted or free shipping. These offers will be automatically applied at checkout when applicable conditions are met.

3. Shipping Restrictions (Where We Ship)
Currently, YURINOX ships only within the contiguous United States (the Lower 48 states).

Due to carrier limitations and high freight costs, we DO NOT ship to:
* Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI)
* P.O. Boxes
* Military Addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
* Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or other US Territories.
* International destinations (outside the US).

If an order is placed with a shipping address in any of these restricted areas, it will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of the carrier scanning the package.

5. B2B, Wholesale & Corporate Orders
For our authorized dealers and corporate accounts, shipping terms are calculated individually based on order volume and destination.
* Wholesale orders may be shipped via standard carriers (FedEx/UPS) or via LTL Freight (pallets)ย for larger quantities.
* Freight charges, delivery timelines, and logistics will be coordinated and confirmed with your YURINOX Account Manager prior to invoicing.

6. Damages and Lost Packages
YURINOX is committed to ensuring your gear arrives safely. However, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they are in the carrier's possession.
* If your order arrives damaged:ย Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos, and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
* If your package is lost:ย Please contact the carrier using your tracking number to initiate a trace.
